Published on the second half of march, the book “Privacidade em Perspectivas”, organized by Sérgio Branco and Chiara de Teffé, puts together articles discussing different perspectives o privacy law and regulation.

On March 15th, our partner Vinicius Marques de Carvalho will participate at the workshop “Leniency at CVM – How will administrative deals work?”, organized by Capital Aberto.
Vinicius will be one of the invited lecturers for the debate “How to overcome the lost opportunities and make leniency a relevant instrument for capital market operations”.

At the begging of this week, our partner Vinicius Marques de Carvalho took part at the 31º ABDTIC International Seminar, hosted in São Paulo. Vinicius was one of the speakers on the panel “Digital economy: the role of digital platforms”, which approached, among other subjects, the discussion around rating zero.
On December 6th, our partner Vinicius Marques de Carvalho will participate at the Seminar ILB: 5 years of the Competition Law – Advances and Challenges, hosted in Brasília. Vinicius is one of the speakers invited to the panel “Recent historic evolution and the role of the Legislative on the implementation of the Brazilian System of Competition Defense”.
